Bring the Farm to Seniors

American HealthCare Group, along with the Farmers Market Alliance, sponsors the Farmers Market on Wheels program to assist those who cannot get to farmers markets throughout the local growing season.

We sign up senior living facilities, community centers and other senior outreach organizations to provide locations for the Farmers Market on Wheels program.
