Health and Benefit Events

Employees will be able to gather information and talk with healthcare, benefits and wellness providers in a casual setting.  Pathways to SmartCare will ensure a successful Health and Wellness event by providing:

• Event Planning & Management:  Research the specific needs of the target audience through a review of past events, surveys, health risk assessments and claims data.
• Recruit Vendors: Contact and provide the vendors with the expectations and any specific requests of the Wellness Committee.  A weekly detailed report of the vendor recruitment process will be made available to the Wellness Committee.
• Vendor Management: Inform vendors of parking, security, where to mail supplies, etc.
• Event Layout: Assist in the logistical aspects of the floor layout to ensure the correct flow of traffic and needs of the vendors.
• Day of Event: Administrative support on the day of the event.
