Employee Health Fairs Services
Employees will be able to gather information and talk about healthcare, benefits and wellness providers in a casual setting. Pathways Wellness Program will ensure a successful Health and Wellness event by providing:
- Event Planning & Management: Research the specific needs of the target audience through a review of past events, surveys, health risk assessments and claims data.
- Recruit Vendors: Contact and provide the vendors with the expectations and any specific requests of the Wellness Committee. A weekly detailed report of the vendor recruitment process will be made available to the Wellness Committee.
- Vendor Management: Inform vendors of parking, security, where to mail supplies, etc.
- Event Layout: Assist in the logistical aspects of the floor layout to ensure the correct flow of traffic and needs of the vendors.
- Day of Event: Administrative support on the day of the event

Additional Deliverables:
- PATHWAYS will meet with your Wellness Committee to design a Health and Wellness Event where providers share relevant information and screenings.
- PATHWAYS will use their extensive network of providers spanning all areas of Health and Wellness to create an appropriate variety of exhibitors that reflect the corporate culture of the client and the theme of the event.
- PATHWAYS will handle all logistics of the event, including contracting with exhibitors, determining schedules, and communicating event details, such as parking and how to enter the building.
- PATHWAYS will work with your Wellness Committee to create an incentive for your employees to attend and get involved!
- PATHWAYS will provide a periodic update of the event to Wellness Committee.
- PATHWAYS representative will be present at each event to ensure flow of exhibitors and employees.
