SmartCare Sessions and Programs are the core of our wellness services. Sessions are conducted as singular learning workshops while programs are targeted toward the long term lifestyle changes.
SmartCare Sessions
These sessions are offered during work in the traditional “Lunch and Learn” format and empower employees to take control of their health and wellness. The sessions are held in a classroom setting and provide close interaction between the employees and the health expert.

These on-going focus groups meet once per week for one hour in 3-6 week periods. They are led by expert health or wellness providers. The group receives in-depth information and takes part in hands-on activities and discussions to reinforce knowledge, understanding and adherence to the principles presented.
