On-Site Vaccine Clinics Nationwide

We provide on-site immunization clinics for employers, community groups, schools, and other group settings. We use professional nurses known for their reliability and friendly service to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort.

For your convenience, we offer an online scheduling tool that your employees or group members can use to easily sign up to receive a vaccine.

Free and Low-cost Flu Shots

We are able to provide flu vaccinations for Medicare-enrolled Seniors (and disabled individuals who are enrolled in Medicare) at no charge to the individual. Proof of Medicare Part B health insurance is required so that their plan can be billed for the covered vaccination. All Medicare Advantage Plans are eligible including Highmark Security Blue and Freedom Blue, UPMC for Life, Health America Advantra, Bravo, United Healthcare and Gateway Assurance.

  • Many employer health plans include flu shots as a covered benefit.  For these companies, employee flu claims may be billed to the insurance company for payment.  Call us to determine if this is a possibility for your group.
  • For those individuals not under Medicare Part B or an immunization health benefit, a nominal fee will be charged at the time of the shot.  Contact us to discuss rates.
