Registration ensures clinics are appropriately staffed and stocked with sufficient vaccines and supplies. Pathways offers a secure link to collect demographic and insurance information.
Paper Registration and Walk in Only clinics are alternate options.
Most immunizations are covered by group or individual health insurance, including Medicare.
Self Pay options are also available for Employers and individuals.
Share Registration link with your group! Encourage participation through email announcements, flyers, letters home and messages from managers.
Reserve the room and appoint a day of clinic point person.

Pathways enters all Vaccines administered into PIERS - a state database. This helps to ensure that recipient's doctors have record of their patients receiving vaccines.

Yes, you can safely receive more than one vaccine at a time. This is a common and recommended practice.
Yes! Walk ins are welcome while supplies last. Pathways plans for a 20% walk in rate.
Check your Event Timeline! Remember, links close 8 days prior to the clinic. If your clinic is more than 8 days away, your clinic may be full! Contact your Client Success Manager to request more slots be added to the link.
