Registration ensures clinics are appropriately staffed and stocked with sufficient vaccines and supplies. Pathways offers a secure link to collect demographic and insurance information.
Paper Registration and Walk in Only clinics are alternate options.

Most immunizations are covered by group or individual health insurance, including Medicare.
Self Pay options are also available for Employers and individuals.

Our staff arrives 30 minutes prior to the clinic start time.

- Garbage cans per station
Participants will be offered a Notification of Vaccination record.

Pathways enters all Vaccines administered into PIERS - a state database. This helps to ensure that recipient's doctors have record of their patients receiving vaccines.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I receive more than 1 vaccine at a time?
Yes, you can safely receive more than one vaccine at a time. This is a common and recommended practice.
- It's safe and effective - Getting multiple vaccines during the same visit won't overload your immune system. Your immune system encounters thousands of antigens daily, and vaccines contain only a tiny fraction of that.
- Common combinations - Many people receive flu and COVID-19 vaccines together, or children receive multiple routine vaccines during well-child visits (like MMR, DTaP, and polio vaccines).
- Benefits - Getting multiple vaccines at once means fewer appointments, better protection sooner, and higher likelihood you'll stay up-to-date on recommended vaccines.
- Side effects - You might experience typical side effects (sore arm, fatigue, mild fever) but these are usually the same whether you get one vaccine or multiple vaccines.
- Different arms - Healthcare providers often give vaccines in different arms to minimize localized soreness and help identify which vaccine caused any reaction.
Registration is closed and I have more participants - can we add them?
Yes! Walk ins are welcome while supplies last. Pathways plans for a 20% walk in rate.
Why is my link not working?
Check your Event Timeline! Remember, links close 8 days prior to the clinic. If your clinic is more than 8 days away, your clinic may be full! Contact your Client Success Manager to request more slots be added to the link.
