We are located in the Bognar Building at 733 Washington Road, Suite 102 in Mt. Lebanon, PA 15228. You will see “Alberta Hair Design” and a wedding dress shop on Washington Road. There is a public parking garage across Washington Road from our office building – called the South Garage. Upon entry into the building, you can take the elevators to the Lower Level – button in the elevator says “LL” – and we are the door immediately to your right – “Pathways Wellness Program.”
