FAQ Section

The link closes eight days prior to the clinic start date so that we can check insurance, order vaccines, and deliver them to the Immunization team.  Another reason the link isn’t working is the appointments may be full. Email Colleen@Pathwayswellnessprogram.com to add more slots.

The immunization team arrives 30 minutes prior to the clinic start time.

Registrants can walk in the day of the clinic with their insurance card, however, their insurance will need to be approved and this may slow down the clinic.

Yes! We are happy to schedule clinics throughout the year. It’s important that we have 8 days prior to the clinic so that we can check insurance, order vaccines, and deliver them to the Immunization team.

Patients who receive a 1st dose of a vaccine that requires additional dose (ie. Shingles, TwinRx, Rabies, Hepatitis) are welcome to our weekly clinic in our Mt. Lebanon office OR – we can schedule a follow up clinic to come back to your site to administer the subsequent dose(s).

Our scheduling software will collect all insurance information prior to the clinic. Most insurance plans covers the standard flu shot. If a patient reserves any other vaccinations, Pathways will contact the patient directly if there is an out-of-pocket expense due to copays or deductibles.

Registration helps us to best plan for the number of vaccines, team members, etc. We welcome online and on paper registration.

  • Online links will be emailed 6 weeks prior to event. Please share with your group. All links close 8 days before the clinic.
  • Paper Registration forms FAX to 412-563-8319  (Attention:  Billing) 8 days before Clinic Date
Please include a photocopy of the patient’s health insurance card

No…but we ask for at about 10 immunizations per clinic to cover the cost of the staff and vaccines.  Individuals are also welcome to Pathway’s Weekly Wellness Clinic in our Mt. Lebanon office.

Walkins for Flu are welcome as supplies last. Any other walk ins may be subject to immunization or insurance age restriction. For instance – Shingles is covered at 50 yrs or 60 yrs depending on insurance company. It’s best to have Pathway’s Billing team confirm coverage prior to the event.

Pathways purchases immunizations and is reimbursed by insurance payments. If you do not have insurance, you may choose to pay the Cash Rate for the immunization.

2 Payment Options:

  1. Personal check made out to Pathways Wellness Program
  2. CreditCard – slips available at clinic or call 412-563-8800
