Take a Walk During Your Next Meeting
I recently watched this TED Talk: Nilofer Merchant: Got a meeting? Take a walk. It is one of the “Why didn’t I think of that?” lessons. Walking while we meet makes so much sense, especially when we are having creative or brainstorming meetings. The act of walking means our scenery is always changing and new visual inputs can keep our minds fresh.
Spending your meeting time walking also greatly increases your activity level during the day. What could be better?
