Yoga for Balance & Flexibility
Yoga is an excellent physical workout and improves balance and flexibility. It also helps to teach focus, alleviate stress and being present in the moment.
Employees will leave each session with a sense of peace and a fulfilling workout. Through a variety of practices ranging from deep breathing and stretching, basic Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, chakra flow/Kundalini, yoga benefits the mind, body and spirit. Employees will bring their own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
A licensed and experienced yoga instructor will work with the employee group to establish a balanced fit for the mind and body connection. The instructor will offer alternative positions for varying levels of fitness. Meditation practices may also be implemented.
